REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

REGISTRATION

• Participation in scientific activities, exhibition area, final program, certificate, coffee breaks&Lunches during the meeting.
• VAT (20%) shall be added to the prices (registration fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges, and duties levied.
• Z Event is entitled to shift the probable tax, due, and charge changes.
• All registration fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Z Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make a change to the registration in case of incomplete fee payments.

ACCOMMODATION

• VAT (10%) shall be added to the prices (accommodation fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges, and duties levied.
• Accommodation fee is included between daily night bed & breakfast.
• All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below-stated bank account of Z Event before the meeting.
• The agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make a change to the accommodation hotel in case of incomplete fee payments.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS of REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

• Cancellation requests for registration&accommodation must be communicated to Z Event and the organization by e-mail to the address itt2026@zevent.com.tr
• Cancellation requests made until June 01, 2026, will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date June 01, 2026. It will be possible to make name changes until the latest June 01, 2026. Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after the very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Should a delegate not attend the Meeting, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.

TRANSPORTATION
